Axial Piston – Variable Displacement
Explore HydTec’s range of Parker variable-displacement piston motors for demanding hydraulic drives. The V12, V14 and V16 series are designed for open- and closed-circuit systems, with a wide operating range and responsive control.
Types of Axial Piston – Variable Displacement

Compact and fast, Parker’s V12 is the smallest variable-displacement bent-axis series for high-speed mobile drives. Its 60 and 80 cm³/rev frames provide a 5:1 displacement ratio, broad control options and intermittent speeds up to 7,900 rpm at reduced displacement.

More displacement and faster control response distinguish Parker’s V14 from the smaller V12. Its 110 and 160 cm³/rev frames combine a 5:1 displacement ratio with stronger shaft-bearing support for high-performance open- or closed-circuit transmissions.

Maximum displacement and the ability to reduce displacement to zero distinguish Parker’s V16 for very high-power drives. Sizes 220 and 270 cm³/rev provide a 5.5:1 displacement ratio and intermittent pressure capability up to 550 bar in open or closed circuits.
