Inspection & troubleshooting
HydTec helps identify faults in both individual components and complete hydraulic systems. Service work can include inspections, pressure, flow and temperature measurements, contamination checks and root-cause analysis to understand what is causing the problem before deciding on the right corrective action.

Repair & overhaul
We repair and overhaul hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves and proportional controls, as well as damaged hoses, pipes and connections. Depending on the condition of the equipment, HydTec evaluates whether repair, replacement or modification is the most suitable solution.

Testing & system service
HydTec can pressure- and function-test repaired components and hydraulic systems before they are returned to operation. We also support system flushing, preventive maintenance, critical-spares planning and updates to hydraulic drawings and documentation after service or modification.
Hydraulic flushing and pressure testing of Oceanbird’s wing sail
HydTec planned and carried out hydraulic flushing followed by pressure testing of six circuits in Oceanbird’s full-scale, land-based wing sail at Oresund DryDocks in Landskrona. The assignment included technical review, development of the six-loop flushing arrangement, flushing through the hydraulic swivel, and pressure testing of the hydraulic circuits.

The component is identified, dismantled, cleaned and measured within the agreed inspection scope. HydTec assesses damage, wear parts, sealing surfaces and the appropriate repair and test method. If the internal condition was unknown, the final repair scope and price are confirmed after inspection. The service record documents the relevant observations, work, replaced parts, measurements, test results, limitations and recommended actions.
