Refund policy

Business customers only

HydTec Sweden AB sells exclusively to businesses and other customers acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession. There is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal, return or exchange. The return arrangements below constitute HydTec's voluntary commercial policy.

Binding orders and procured-to-order goods

Once HydTec has issued a written order confirmation, the order is binding. Non-stock, procured-to-order, special-order, customised, configured, programmed, machined and other goods sourced specifically for the customer may thereafter not be cancelled, returned or exchanged. This applies regardless of whether manufacture, shipment by the supplier or delivery to HydTec has begun or been completed. An exception may only be made with HydTec's express written approval in the individual case.

Stocked standard goods

For unused stocked standard goods, the customer may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Any return requires HydTec's prior written approval and a return authorisation number. No goods may be sent back before such approval has been issued.

Where the aggregate net value of the return is no more than SEK 10,000 excluding VAT, the return will normally be approved when all return conditions are met. Where the value exceeds SEK 10,000, HydTec will carry out an individual commercial and inventory assessment and may refuse all or part of the return.

Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and complete, and must remain in unopened, undamaged and resaleable original packaging. Labels, seals and traceability information must be intact. The customer bears the return freight and transport risk. HydTec may make reasonable deductions for inspection, handling, restocking and any diminution in value. Credit is issued only after receipt and inspection.

Incorrect, damaged or misdelivered goods are handled as claims and are not governed by the voluntary return rules. Contact sales@hydtec.com and provide the order or invoice number, product number, quantity, reason and relevant photographs.
