Shipping policy
HydTec supplies business customers only. Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are stated at checkout, in the quotation or in the order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless HydTec has expressly guaranteed a specific date in writing.
HydTec may make partial deliveries and invoice each delivery separately. Risk in the goods passes in accordance with the agreed delivery term. If no specific delivery term has been agreed, the rules of the Swedish Sale of Goods Act apply.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that recipient and delivery information is correct and that delivery can be accepted. If the customer fails to accept delivery, HydTec may charge reasonable additional freight, storage and handling costs. For cross-border deliveries, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes and government charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer shall inspect the delivery immediately. Visible transport damage, broken packaging or missing goods must be recorded on the carrier's transport document and reported to the carrier and sales@hydtec.com without delay. Packaging and photographic evidence should be retained until the matter has been resolved.
Tracking information will be provided where available. HydTec is not liable for delay caused by circumstances beyond HydTec's reasonable control. If a material delay occurs, HydTec will notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable.
